DSG Stage 3 DQ250 - DQ381 - DQ500

For power levels the factory gearbox can't hold.

With a bigger turbo, more power or an upgraded clutch, the factory pressure isn't enough and the clutch slips. In Stage 3 the maximum clutch pressure goes up to 18 bar to transfer the torque without losses, and the calibration is built for your setup's power.

Faster shifts and more power through the gearbox

• Raised torque limiters: the gearbox lets all your engine's power through.
• Faster upshifts and downshifts in D, S and M, with a much more direct paddle response.
• Less torque cut on every shift: acceleration doesn't drop between gears.
• Stronger take-off from a stop, in any mode.
• Shift points to your spec: upshifts up to 8,000 rpm and downshifts matched to your engine's power.
• Full manual control (optional): disable automatic upshift, automatic downshift or kickdown, so the gearbox only does what you ask.

Launch Control, integrated with your ECU

• Enabled, with a quicker response when you release the brake.
• Available in D, S and M, and with ESP on.

Here's the AXV difference: launch rpm isn't fixed in the gearbox. With our ECU tune you set it from the AXV App, in real time: launch rpm, kickdown rpm and how much boost to build before letting go. Tune your launch at the track, between runs, without reflashing anything.

Better for daily driving and longer life

• Optimized D, S and M programs: the gearbox picks the right gear in every situation, including with cruise control.
• More clutch cooling: more oil flow and better temperature management, with a driver warning if the gearbox gets hot.
• 1st gear enabled at low speed or in traffic, to reduce clutch slip and wear.

• Less engine braking when you lift off.

AXV OBD2 + AXV App

The tune is installed through OBD with our AXV OBD2 and the AXV App for Android and iOS, without removing the gearbox. With the same kit you also tune and adjust the ECU and the Haldex: engine, gearbox and drivetrain in one ecosystem.
