Haldex Gen 5 Race Spring – MQB AWD

The Haldex Race Spring is a performance upgrade for Haldex Gen 5 OCQ units on MQB AWD (4Motion / quattro) vehicles, including the VW Golf R Mk7/7.5, Audi S3 8V, Audi RS3 and Audi TT-RS.

It replaces the spring in the Haldex unit’s internal pressure relief valve with a stiffer one. That mechanically increases clutch pack clamping pressure, so there is less slip, more torque goes to the rear axle, and the car gets better traction on launches and under hard acceleration. It’s built to cut 60 ft times at the drag strip.

Requires AXV Haldex tune, a simple software calibration flashed quickly and easily through the AXV App with the AXV OBD2 device.
