Unlike a traditional full frame kit that requires multiple adapters and extensive modifications, this turbo comes equipped with a PSR 0.72 A/R exhaust housing specifically designed for:

• Direct connection to the manifold of the EA888 Gen3 engine — no adapters needed

• Compatible with OEM and aftermarket downpipes without modifications

• Uses the internal wastegate — no external wastegate required

• Oil and coolant lines included for direct connection

Additional Parts Required (Local Fabrication)

By utilizing a full frame super core with universal compressor housing, this turbo requires two parts that must be fabricated locally or by a specialized shop:

1. Wastegate Actuator Bracket

The G30-900 compressor housing does not include a mounting point for the vehicle's original wastegate actuator. A support bracket must be fabricated to mount the OEM actuator and connect it to the internal wastegate lever.

We have reference photos of fabricated brackets that we can share to guide the fabrication process.

2. 90° Elbow at Compressor Outlet

The compressor outlet on this turbo is straight (full frame orientation), unlike the OEM turbo which has an integrated 90° turn toward the charge pipe. There are two solutions:

• Option A: High-pressure 90° silicone elbow

• Option B: Welded or adapted 90° aluminum elbow
