ECU Stage 1/2 - Simos 18

A tune built for your car, not a generic file. We start from our base calibration and refine it with the datalogs you record yourself in the AXV App, until the engine runs at its best with your parts, your fuel and your climate.

• Stage 1: no hardware modifications.
• Stage 2: with modifications (intake, downpipe, intercooler, fuel pumps…), keeping the factory turbo.

Flex Fuel with ethanol sensor — included

The ECU reads the tank's ethanol content in real time and adjusts the tune by itself. Mix gasoline and ethanol in any ratio without switching tunes, and check the ethanol level in the AXV App.

Advanced Mode — exclusive to AXV

What makes our tune unique: you adjust the car in real time, with the engine running and without flashing another tune, right from your phone. It's an AXV in-house development.

Multimap with boost per gear

5 maps to use every real-time setting, plus 1 anti-theft map. Keep one for daily driving, one for the track, one for the rain, and switch with one tap. In each map you decide how much power each gear delivers, for traction in the low gears and full power up top. The app shows the resulting boost pressure, calculated for your altitude.

Launch Control

Choose the exact launch rpm and a different rpm for when you press kickdown. The system adjusts torque by itself to hold that rpm, and you decide how much boost to build before letting go, so you leave with the turbo already spooled.

Rolling Antilag

Builds boost while rolling, so you can accelerate from a roll without waiting for the turbo. Enable it per map from the app and engage it with a cruise control button.

AXV traction control

An advanced AXV in-house development, independent from the factory ESC/ASR. The system learns from the car's behavior and makes decisions dynamically: it compares wheel speeds, anticipates wheelspin and decides moment by moment how much timing and boost to pull, cutting cylinders if needed. You choose the intervention level, from more control to more wheelspin.

Pops & Bangs

Set them up your way: turn them on or off, choose intensity and style, set how long they last in normal and sport mode, and the rpm range where they play.

Cooling

Lower the coolant target temperature to keep the oil cooler during demanding track sessions.

Settings are stored in the ECU and kept when the car is switched off.

100 Hz datalog

The AXV App logs engine data at 100 samples per second, far above what's common on the market. That resolution shows in detail what the car does on every shift, every launch and every boost spike, and it's the foundation for fine-tuning your calibration.

AXV OBD2 + AXV App

Everything runs on our AXV OBD2 device and the AXV App for Android and iOS. The tune is installed through the OBD port, without removing the ECU.

Features like Launch Control, Rolling Antilag and race cooling are meant for the track. Use them in moderation.
