GRUPO CIRCUITO S.A.S., as Data Controller, informs you that the personal data you provide when using the website axv.com.co, its subdomains, and the AXV application will be processed in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 (Colombian data protection law) and our Personal Data Processing Policy.
What data do we process and why? We process identification and contact data, account and transaction data, vehicle data (VIN), operation logs, browsing data, and, on a transitory basis, geolocation (GPS). The purposes include: managing your registration and purchases; providing and supporting the reprogramming services; verifying compatibility and preventing fraud; handling petitions, complaints, and claims; and complying with legal obligations.
Purposes requiring your specific authorization. Geolocation (GPS) and the sending of commercial communications (marketing) are requested through independent checkboxes, are optional, and you may revoke them at any time. As a general rule we do not collect sensitive data; where it is exceptionally required, its provision is optional.
International transfers. AXV uses cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud) that may involve the international transfer or transmission of data, supported by your authorization and by contracts with security guarantees equivalent to Colombian law.
Your rights. You may know, update, rectify, and delete your data, request evidence of the authorization, be informed about its use, revoke the authorization, and file complaints before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
