Additional Parts Required (Local Fabrication)

By utilizing a full frame super core with universal compressor housing, this turbo requires two parts that must be fabricated locally or by a specialized shop:

1. Wastegate Actuator Bracket

The G30-900 compressor housing does not include a mounting point for the vehicle's original wastegate actuator. A support bracket must be fabricated to mount the OEM actuator and connect it to the internal wastegate lever.

We have reference photos of fabricated brackets that we can share to guide the fabrication process.

2. 90° Elbow at Compressor Outlet

The compressor outlet on this turbo is straight (full frame orientation), unlike the OEM turbo which has an integrated 90° turn toward the charge pipe. There are two solutions:

Option A: High-pressure 90° silicone elbow
Option B: Welded or adapted 90° aluminum elbow

Al utilizar un super core full frame con carcasa de compresor universal, este turbo requiere dos piezas que deben fabricarse localmente o por un taller especializado:

1. Bracket para Actuador del Wastegate

La carcasa del compresor G30-900 no incluye el punto de anclaje para el actuador del wastegate original del vehículo. Es necesario fabricar un bracket de soporte que permita montar el actuador OEM y conectarlo a la palanca del wastegate interno.

2. Codo de 90° en la Salida del Compresor
